This total body barbell workout will work all your major muscles using only a single barbell. The best thing about this workout? It can even be done in a crowded gym. No need to wait for machines to be available. All you need is a barbell and few plates to adjust the weight. Work in a weight range that makes the last few reps difficult.
Perform each exercise for the designated number of reps. Do not rest between exercises. Rest 1 minute between circuits. Complete all 3 circuits and repeat 3 times.
