Kettlebell Workout Beginner

New to working out or just looking to spice up your routine? Try a kettlebell workout beginner. Kettlebells will build strength and endurance while increasing core strength and improving balance and mobility.

All you need is one kettlebell and a few exercises that work all the major muscle groups. Look no further than this Full Body Kettlebell Workout. Squats and deadlifts will work the glutes, quads, and hamstrings. While kettlebell rows work the upper body. Repeat the entire workout two times for a strength building, heart pumping sweat session.

Equipment:

One kettlebell, heavy enough to make the last few reps challenging.

What to do:

Perform each exercise for the designated number of reps. Do not rest between exercises. Rest 1 minute between rounds. Repeat the entire workout two times.

30 Kettlebell Swings

30 Kettlebell Russian Twists

30 Pulsing Squats

Rest 1 Minute

20 Single Arm Swings

20 Kettlebell Row

20 Goblet Squats

Rest 1 Minute

CIRCUIT 3

10 Kettlebell Hip Thrusters

10 Kettlebell Straight Arm Sits

10 Kettlebell Single Leg Deadlifts

Rest 1 Minute
