A good home workout for women will boost cardiovascular capacity while building strength. This AMRAP or as many rounds as possible workout does just that. Resistance exercises performed one right after the other with little rest, will increase your heart rate and keep it there, improving cardiovascular fitness. Plus, resistance exercises like squats and planks will build strength in your legs, glutes, and core. All that and you will be done in just 20 minutes.
One kettlebell heavy enough to make the last couple of reps difficult
Perform each exercise for the designated number of reps. Do not rest between exercises. Repeat the entire workout as many times as possible in 20 minutes.
