Short on time? Don’t have equipment? Want to get a full body workout? Check, check, check! This full body workout for home checks all the boxes. The combination of an interval style workout with bodyweight exercises makes this workout both efficient and effective.

What to do:

Perform as many reps as possible for each exercise in 20 seconds. Rest 10 seconds between exercises. Repeat each round 5 times. Rest 1 minute between rounds.
