No Equipment Full Body Home Workout

No time to make it make it to the gym? No problem. This full body home workout requires no equipment and can be done anytime, anywhere. Designed as a highly efficient interval workout, you will hit all the major muscle groups while improving your cardiovascular capacity.

Perform each exercise for the designated number of reps as quickly as possible. Rest for 30 seconds and move on the the next round. Complete all 4 rounds, rest 30 seconds, then take it from the top.

What to do:

Perform each move for the designated number of reps with no rest between moves. Complete all 3 moves in each round. Rest 30 seconds. Move on to the next round. Complete all 4 rounds, rest 30 seconds and repeat the whole workout.

30 Jumping Jacks

20 Squats

10 Pushups

Rest 30 Seconds

ROUND 2:

30 Mountain Climbers

20 Lunges

10 Pushups

Rest 30 Seconds

ROUND 3:

30 Pulsing Squats

20 Burpees

10 Pushups

Rest 30 Seconds

ROUND 4:

30 Bicycle Crunches

20 Cross Jacks

10 Pushups

Rest 3 Seconds

Repeat entire workout
