Full Body Dumbbell Workout

You’re finally back at the gym! Now the only question is what are the best gym workouts? You have access to all this equipment, you want to get a solid full body workout, but you don’t want to share equipment with anyone (I don’t blame you). Grab a pair of dumbbells, find a quiet spot, and get moving.

This full body dumbbell circuit workout is designed to work your arms, back, shoulders, legs, glutes, and core. The design of this workout requires only a single pair of dumbbells, perfect for those busy days at the gym. Plus, the design of this workout, allows one muscle group to work while another group is resting. Helping you get in and out of the gym faster while still building overall strength and fitness.

Equipment:

Two dumbbells heavy enough to make the last couple of reps difficult.

What to do:

Perform each exercise for the designated number of reps. Do not rest between exercises. Rest 1 minute between circuits. Repeat each circuit three times.

Exercises:

CIRCUIT 1

10 Lateral Raises

10 Goblet Squat

10 Bicep Curls

Rest 1 Minute

Repeat 3X

CIRCUIT 2

10 Push Ups

10 Reverse Lunges

10 Triceps Extension

Rest 1 Minute

Repeat 3X

CIRCUIT 3

10 Shoulder Press

10 Dumbbell Deadlift

10 Weighted Russian Twists

Rest 1 Minute

Repeat 3X
