This full body dumbbell circuit workout is designed to work your arms, back, shoulders, legs, glutes, and core. The design of this workout requires only a single pair of dumbbells, perfect for those busy days at the gym. Plus, the design of this workout, allows one muscle group to work while another group is resting. Helping you get in and out of the gym faster while still building overall strength and fitness.
Two dumbbells heavy enough to make the last couple of reps difficult.
Perform each exercise for the designated number of reps. Do not rest between exercises. Rest 1 minute between circuits. Repeat each circuit three times.
