Reverse Pyramid Fast and Sweaty Workout

This full body workout routine will make you stronger while boosting your cardiovascular capacity. Move through it as quickly as possible without sacrificing form. The harder you work, the better your results and the quicker you will be done.

Equipment:

1 Kettlebell, 1 Medicine Ball

What to do:

Perform each exercise for the designated number of reps. Do not rest between exercises. Rest 30 seconds between rounds.

40 Jumping Jacks

30 Medicine Ball Squats

20 Kettlebell Swings

10 Speed Skaters

Rest 30 Seconds

Rest 30 Seconds
