If you are new to working out and want to build your all-over fitness, CrossFit workouts for beginners are what you need. A classic CrossFit style workout is the AMRAP or As Many Rounds As Possible. An AMRAP workout will help you build all-over fitness because it uses resistance exercises with little rest between movements to increase strength while improving cardiovascular fitness.
The beauty of this AMRAP workout is that it requires no equipment and only 20 minutes. Plus, it works all the major muscle groups. What’s not to love about that?!
