At Home Full Body Workout

This At Home Full Body Workout will work the muscles in your legs, glutes, arms, back, and core, all while giving you a cardio workout. This workout is proof you don’t need a gym to get strong and fit. You can do it any time, anywhere. No equipment is required. All you need is a little motivation to get moving.

For each round, move through each exercise as quickly as possible without sacrificing form. The quicker you move, the sooner you will be done and the better cardio workout you will have.

Equipment:

Not a thing.

What to do:

Perform each exercise for the designated number of reps. Do not rest between exercises. Rest 1 minute between rounds.

Exercises:

ROUND 1:

40 Lunges

30 Russian Twists

20 Burpees

10 Push-ups

Rest 1 minute

ROUND 2:

40 Jumping Jacks

30 Squats

20 Up/Down Planks

10 Plank Jacks

Rest 1 minute

ROUND 3:

40 Curtsy Lunges

30 High Knees

20 Speed Skaters

10 Push-ups

Rest 1 minute

ROUND 4:

40 Knee to Elbow Planks

30 Burpees to Squat

20 Knee Pull-Ins

10 Squat/Lunge

Rest 1 minute
