No Equipment Tabata Home Workout

This no equipment Tabata home workout will get you whole body moving and your heart pumping. Tabata is an especially effective type of interval training. With only 20 seconds of work, be sure to give it your all. The harder you push, the better your results.

Equipment:

Nothing

What to do:

Perform as many reps as possible for each exercise in 20 seconds. Rest 10 seconds. Complete all exercises in each round and repeat. Rest 2-3 minutes between rounds.

Round 2:

Cross Jacks

Mountain Climbers

Burpees to Squat

Butt Kickers

Repeat

Round 3:

Squats

Plank Jacks

Round 4:

Power Jacks

Russian twists

Jump Lunges
