Full Body Kettlebell Workout

I love this workout because it gets easier as it goes on. Stick with the same few, highly effective moves but decrease the reps with each round. By the time you are done with this full body kettlebell workout you will have completed 140 kettlebell swings! Now that’s impressive.

Equipment:

1 Kettlebell

What to do:

Perform each exercise for the designated number of reps. Do not rest between exercises. Rest 1-2 minutes between rounds.

50 Kettlebell Swing

40 High Knees

30 Speed Skaters

20 Kettlebell Row

10 Burpee to Squat

Rest 1 Minute

ROUND 2

40 Kettlebell Swing

30 High Knees

20 Speed Skaters
