You don’t need a lot of equipment to get an effective full body workout. This full body dumbbell workout requires nothing more than a pair of dumbbells. It hits all your major muscle groups while giving you a cardiovascular workout.
2 Dumbbells heavy enough to make the last couple of reps difficult
Perform each exercise for designated number of reps. Moving from one exercise to the next with no rest between. Rest 1 minute between circuits. Complete all 3 circuits and repeat entire workout 3 times.
CIRCUIT 1:
12 Dumbbell row
60 second plank
Rest 1 minute
CIRCUIT 2:
60 second plank
Rest 1 minute
CIRCUIT 3:
12 Double arm tricep extension
12 Bicep curl
60 second plank
Rest 1 minute
Repeat entire workout 3x
